May 9th is National Women’s Check Up Day! As a woman, you have so much more to “check out” than just that once a year or random physical you have done at the family doctor’s office.
You have mammograms and reproductive health to worry about as well! No worries though! Both of those are things you can examine at home, but it’s also important to schedule the precautions to let professionals examine you periodically, in addition to when you think something may be abnormal.
Have you ever gone to your OBGYN and thought, “ew… I hate that lubricant they use”? - it’s basically like jelly and feels like it sits there all day. You know that feeling- where you need to run home and shower to try to scrub off all the goo? Yeah… that kind of lubricant.
